General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between LAZY-CUB (Le Monde du Mariage) and any customer making a purchase on the website.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time the buyer views them. The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is the price in effect when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
Confirmation of the order by the buyer constitutes acceptance of these GTCS. Every order constitutes an offer to purchase the products concerned. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by bank card or any other method offered on the website. Payment is secure. The order is confirmed after payment has been successfully processed.
Article 6 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided when the order was placed. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. In the event of a delay, the buyer may not claim any compensation.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
Any return must be reported to support@lemondedumariage.com within the withdrawal period. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Article 9 – Warranties
All our products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 10 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. The applicable law is French law.
